Wine Blending Workshop
An interactive, sensory workshop featuring a tasting and your own blend.
A sensory approach to grape varieties; the role of blending and its importance in Bordeaux wines; a practical blending session, followed by a tasting of your creations and the château’s wines.
A souvenir bottle is included.

A fun and accessible experience for everyone, designed to help you understand how a well-balanced wine is born.
Wine Discovery Experience
A workshop that combines terroir discovery and wine tasting.
A walk through the vineyard to understand the soils and the estate’s exposure; a tour of the cellars with explanations of the winemaking process; a guided tasting of several vintages from the château; and opportunities to interact with the owners.
Duration: approximately 2 hours.
This is a comprehensive format designed to help you appreciate both the vineyard and the wines of Cassagne Haut-Canon.
Introduction to Wine Tasting
A perfect workshop to begin your journey into the world of wine:
Observation, smell and tasting techniques; essential wine vocabulary; discovery of different aromas and flavours; explanations of grape varieties, types of wine, and the rules of service and storage.
